About CentraQ Pro
CentraQ® Pro allows designated users to send a file to a selected print queue then access and print that job directly from the device on the network.
Providing exceptional document control, CentraQ® Pro tracks and reports the output of all Kyocera copiers and Printers with which it is integrated. Administrators can then analyze output activity, thereby controlling costs, minimizing waste, and controlling the flow of their documents.
For additional security, the application supports USB connected card readers allowing end users to quickly access secured jobs via their HID cards. In addition, a network connected smartphone equipped with a QR code scanner application can be used to quickly access and release secured jobs on any supported copier or printer.
